Whats up guys, question for you? Since I got into bodybuilding I have always had a shake immediately following my workout. One because I think it holds very high benefit to get a jumpstart on protein synthesis production, filling depleted glycogen stores and providing the body with nutrients after a vigorous and intense training session and two well they just taste really good. Especially when dieting for a show, shakes are a life saver. I have always stuck with universal iso whey protein, no bloating, very easily digested and taste great. At times l switch to egg pro which I found has pretty much the same effects but I like variety. So my question for you guys, Iso- whey or Egg Pro? They are both high quality protein sources, both easily digestible and have high amount of protein? Do you guys have a preference and why?
