Ive heard a lot of mixed reviews about this and I was wondering if any of you guys could give me feedback on the topic. The last few years that Ive prepped I was always really big on different artificial sweeteners, Walden farms, jelly preservatives, low or zero calorie syrups, zero calorie drinks and condiments. This past year I decided to cut 99% of it out literally only used stevia in my cream of rice, cinnamon, hot sauce and mustard. This year I feel my condition compared to past preps at this point is a lot better. Im not sure if this is just the specific prep, and over the years Ive stayed in better condition year round and Ive been able to keep my skin tighter and mature. Im not sure if by cutting out all the artificial stuff if it actually has an affect on the rate you can lose bf or if it hinders body fat loss at all? Do any of you seasoned guys have any personal feedback on this?
