Especially since they seem to change their opinion constantly. Fat is bad. Fat is good. Eating Cholestrol is bad. Dietary Cholestrol doesn´t matter. Sodium is bad. Sodium is vital... and so on...
I keep it pretty minimal on artificial sweeteners outside of whats in my Whey and EAAs. I have gotten hooked to water flavoring Mio during prep before. They do make you just want more and more and it becomes a vice. Whether it effects your look is all going to anecdotal
It's so weird how that brain chemistry kicks in. I used to drink a lot of fresca. I LOVE the taste of fresca. BUt everytime I buy it, i cant drink just one. It's like crack cocaine.
(sidenote: I have never actually tried crack cocaine... lol... for the kids out there :) )
