Hey guys! So I wanted to get some different tips on what you guys do when you're in the gym, plenty of energy and motivation, but the mind muscle connection just isn't there. no matter how hard you focus, you're just feeling it in the wrong areas. what do you guys do to fix this? train another muscle group? change up weight and rep scheme? I don't like just pushing through a bad workout like chest or back and feel it more in my shoulders or what ever the case is. Mind muscle connection is everything. some days I can do 10 sets of calves and have a mediocre pump and another day I can do two sets of calves and have the narliest pump ever. So yeah any tips fellas?
