There can be 100's of calories in deviance compared to whatever a "Serving" Is considered. Again too broad of a term. The consistency and overall caloric amount will vary greatly with using portions and "Servings"

They are specified on just about every packaged item you buy now a days. The idea here was to give him an outline of the necessary foods to include. As you can see he omits a few of the essentials. Again I speak only from my success as a natural bodybuilder, but I acquiesce to you mr.bones I'm sure you can enlightened all with your vast experience and knowledge of nutrition.
