wow...that sounds like a great progress. The Muscle Doc helped you with that training plan? How does your knee feel?
I could listen to him all day... feel free to share impression on that
He made me a mobility program. It is different everyday. My left leg is now stronger than my right! HAAHH I mean I still have to be-careful for the 50% of cartilage is gone under my knee cap so I can explode or anything like that.

I just bought a book called "becoming a supple leopard". Itīs the size of Arnoldīs encyclopedia filled with mobility instructions and exercises. I havenīt started reading it yet. Seems like a big undertaking...

I own that book as well. It's broken down in sections of muscle groups/ body parts so it's easy to pick out what you need and don't.

That does sound over whelming. That is why I paid the Muscle Doc to do it. I love reading about that stuff but I just work too damn much!

There is so much info out there on mobility its overwhelming. I think I found a Gold mine with the Neufit rehab I have been doing. It reprograms the nervous system to allow tight muscle to lengthen. Is working wonders on my torn rec fem.

Yes. Youīre right. It is a whole lot to read. I used to read Arnoldīs encyclopedia sitting in class. But Iīm not in school anymore so I donīt have that much open time anymore... Hahaha

I wish something like that was out here. I have been watching your posts. Amazing. I wish I had that for my torn pec back in 2013. So glad your tear was minor setback inconsideration of what it could have been.

Yeah right? I do not even have time to keep up with my CEU's for my RD license. AHHAHA!
It is amazing how much less time we have as we get older. Boredom? What is that? That is something I sure took for granted when I was young.

Ok guys..admit now, who dieted for Arnold OHIO expo? :D confess your sins
Glad to see you all here...Chris, Rex and John... John i have to say, great YT series on your road to NY Pro , lots of quality info. and contest prep insights
My update: back to 6 meals per day, 4 meals of carbs (60 before and after training , 30 for 2 other meals, 50 gr of protein per meal - eggwhites, chicken, red meat and skyr/cottage cheese, 10-15 gr of fat per meal from egg yolks, olive oil and almonds)
Weight is pretty much the same but i look tighter...i'm still in that worse phase - "fat and flat" but just have to stay persistent and wait for diet to kick in
Still no set cardio, just light walking for general health

Not I
I was enjoying food to the max in Columbus.
Rather go looking big to the expo because none of us are walking around with our shirts off :)

HAHHAH I ate more but lost 7 lbs over the 4 day weekend. Traveling kills me and my body weight. Digestion (UC) and appetite go to shit.
Yes the awkward phase of fat and flat. HAHAH Where you are hungry but not shredded and workouts are mediocre. The 5 week out period is the best.
However, I like starting cardio because I start to get tons of energy. I hate the slow sluggish feeling of the off season.
