DC Training?
I train 3-4x a week max and I have never seen my body grow so much before.
We grow out of the gym not in the gym!
What does your diet look like on Training compared to Non-Training days? Just carbs peri-workout and none on non training? I think you like higher fat diets. Correct me if wrong.

Yes sir for the most part with my twist! Training very intense but low to moderate volume.
Training vs non training is a
45g carbs 6x per day on Training days and 30g carbs for 5 meals on NON training days. 30g fat per meal though on both days
