I'm finished with my transition period from dieting and now i'm going into "offseason mode" . Info: 80 kg (180 lbs) , 180 cm (5ft9)

this will be around 2700 Kcal, so not full offseason but it's a starting point
carbs in 5 meals bc i usually train after meal 1.

Diet will look like

1) breakfast/pre training meal
100 gr oats
100 g banana
2whole eggs
250 g of eggwhites



2) post training
40g of carbs from vitargo, cereal or cream of wheat
25 gr of protein from whey isolate

3) cup of rice
5,5oz chicken breast

4) cup of rice
6oz of lean beef or pork meat

5) 5,5 oz chicken

6) 2 whole eggs
250 g of eggwhites

7)250g of cottage cheese
20 whey isolate
30 g of peanut butter
