If I eat a single bowl of oat meal I will be shitting blood and mucous by end of the day. Potatoes are same but more dose dependent. Small amounts seem to be ok but get very gassy and distended so I avoid totally. French fries for whatever reason seem to be fine in small portions.
f**k !
French fries - maybe bc they're "fattier" (not so dry as just baked/boiled potatoes)

Fat def has something to do with it or the high high heat breaking apart the harder to digest fibers. But again it is not like I am eating fries in 4 meals per day. When I do it is once every few weeks in a 6 oz portion

if you're going to make crepes, let me know the final result and your impression
easiest and favorite way to increase the calorie intake (clean!)?
may choices would be: nuts (nut butters), whole eggs, cheddar cheese, milk (if you can tolerate it), grass-fed butter
add
Trail Mix, Granola, Pasta, Quinoa, Ezekiel Bread, English Muffins, Bagel's, Cereal (they have more vitamins/minerals then rice & Breads)
Whole Eggs ... Anyone can mow so many of these down and they don't fill you up

niice...especially granola and cereals, eating 75-100 carbs from them is almost to easy
when you consume "dirtier carbs" would you say that is better to consume them peri (pre and/or post) workout? so that they can be better utilized
Petite Sirloin or flank steak but I really hardly eat steak any more. Just salmon or 90% lean grass fed ground beef
Oils? Macadamia nut oil ALL DAY!
too heavy for your digestion?
You're Dave Palumbo's boy hahah never tried it (and you can't even buy it here) so i go with extra virgin olive oil (that i know it's not fake) and sometimes, pumpkin seed oil (very intense taste)
