Never have had that before. Think I might take a look for them tomorrow at the store and see.
try it out and post your impressions ;)
Chris, i know it's stupid but...how much protein do you count in oz of cooked chicken breast? USDA says 8,8... but there is different data bases
i'm counting it at 8,3

It varies per database but it is between 8.3-8.8g per oz cooked. So I use 8.6 as a middle ground. At that point to man it is splitting hairs
i came to conclusion that having a slight OCD when it comes to BB and making offseason diet do not come "hand in hand"
i'm trying to micromanage things and traped myself in over analyzing
Do not take this the wrong way but that is how most people fail and burnout in BB. You must learn to relax, go with the flow, learn to accept things out of your control, improvise, and things actually do not need to be as exact as you think they do. I used to be like that and go now where. Then when I relaxed and starting having more fun with diet and training I started winning shows and growing.

OFC i'll not take this wrong :) i cought myself in over thinking about few grams of protein, metabolic burnig of it etc. ....i know, stupid but you're right...relax and have fun with diet, training are the keys for making progress + consistency OFC
Not everyone. For me:
Spinach and mushrooms
Zucchini
Romaine
Right.
I´ve been to Moscow this past weekend and ordered steamed vegetables in a restaurant. They brought me a mix of Zucchini, eggplant, Tomato, Bell Peppers, Onions and mushrooms. That was good.
i'd say that's the problem with being a "myfitness pal" generation - counting every calorie to the point ..need to get back to basics
I am all for neurotically tracking food intake and training progress. However, wearing a computer around your wrist 24/7, counting daily steps, keeping track of heart rate, minutes of sleep and so on, goes a little too far...

same here...maybe it's a curse for us Europeans :D you also count every calorie, carbs from nuts, fiber etc.?
But as Chris said, things are much more simpler than we think ... Aceto knows it, Palumbo knows it.... we just have to figure it out

I literally prepped myself for this shoot without writing anything down for a diet. Just knew what I was eating daily and made changes every 5 days. That easy
Right.

That sounds REALLY! GOOD! That is right up my alley!

I agree for sure. Overthinking really is the real enemy

that really sounds super easy, cruising.... did you hit a plateu at some point and how did you break through it?
I'm learning myself to just count macros. Counting only "complete protein" , fats from meat, oils and nuts (not from oats etc.) and carbs from starch (and grains: peas, beans if i eat them) and simple carbs

Oh yes many! Just made some adjustments but minor. The only thing I really changed was my refeed amounts
