My favourite meal rigjtnnow jerk chicken rice and peas with ox tail gravy fuck that shit is good. I'm eating it every day. 10 pounds on since the Arnold
Is that the meal you are posting on your IG stories almost every day?
Is it weird that giddy about incorporating cereal back into the mix? I consider it a cheat meal even though its every training day, post workout, and instead of milk I still use 2 scoops of Egg Pro with my captain crunch..aka...mouth destroyer....but tastes so good.
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?

Cook a burger on a skillet 1 minute each side on a very high heat.
Then finish it in the oven at 400 for 5 minutes (to keep the inside very moist)
Apply a queso cheese sauce on top after out of the oven, a hit of salsa, and sauteed jalapeno's

Oh hell, that's easy. Guess I was thinking there was something mixed IN with the beef to make a tex-mex deal. Thanks meng. I'll let ya know how it goes.

OKAY! Need to add cilantro, pico de gallo and sauteed onions and garlic to all of that for it to be real deal Meskin. Just sayin =)

The beef is from NYC its from the #1 restaurant Emmy Squared
they have a famous blend here.
Behold our first collaboration with Pat LaFrieda to create the ultimate food explorer blend—the Gold Label burger. Inspired by Minetta Tavern’s Black Label blend, this elevated burger features a blend of American Black Angus short rib, flat iron and dry-aged rib steak available exclusively on Goldbely.
The burger melted in your mouth like chocolate does.
