I stay away...have caught myself looking for a second until I realized my eyes need to look in another directions. Its like when you see someone walking down the sidewalk with long hair and you check them out until you realize it was a dude with the GnR hair flowing in the wind. The man card kind of takes a hit on those days.

For those with fast metabolisms yes =)

For me and us fellow big men, more food = increase insulin levels which than = more adipose acquisition which than leads to less energy, lower T, increased E levels, etc.

I am the FURTHEST thing from a fast metabolism.
I train hard, and I enjoy moderation. Besides that I am very strict on my diet year round as I work with an IFBB Pro.
You have to remember cheat meals have plenty of benefits in offseason and when dieting, all of us can utilize them and make them work
99% of us will never get paid to track calories or macros, or let alone count or calories and make a living off of it. We do it as a hobby.

What the flyin fuck are you talking about? LOL! Was just making a point that with my naturally slow metabolism, I'd weigh 400 pounds if I ate those foods with regular frequency strategically planned or not.

I highly doubt if you had a cheat meal once a week you would turn to 400 pounds. A little over the top there.

Lets say you eat 6 meals a day thats 42 a week right?
If you replaced one with say a burger and fries and some dessert like below, I doubt you would get really out of shape.

      Chili Relleno Burger & Fries:

You assume too much about a little ginger kid :)
1 cheat meal a week, or else my coach would probably kill me. Then again I pay good money to have an IFBB watch over my shoulder.

Jason Theobald IFBB Pro in Classic Physique. If you ever see his guys and gals (he works with some IFBB pro's in mens bodybuilding) they all come in hard, shredded, and on point. he does a fantastic job.
