Been following this a long time but never really posted( just read a lot of logs Q and A). Decided I'd start a log.
I've competed at 183 and done similar #s at 160. I've been walking around 175-180+ lately so will stay here a while.
Best lifts in competition are 445 squat, 300 bench, 545 deadlift.
Best lifts in gym are 440 squat, 330 bench, and 600 deadlift.
