hey guys n gals, i been wondering about this for awhile so i figure i’d ask the collective here. last few weeks ive been blending up a mix of fruits and vegetables in my nutri bullet...usually 2 large glasses a day which has been great cause altho i like vegetables and salads i dont want to eat them all the time. i can mix up 2 cups spinach/kale and apple or pear blueberries etc..thats it nothing else) and less than 2 minutes its mixed and drank done deal lol
after watching some of evan’s(Ox) cooking vids, it got me thinking, does liquifying the veggies and fruits diminish the fiber content as opposed to eating them whole?? it seems to me that the blades on the machine are predigesting the fiber?? im interested to hear peoples thoughts on this.
