I might download it just to have a look. I still canīt see me switching from my trusted pen and notebook any time soon...
I bet you won't switch. I used to track what I eat with myfitnesspal until I started working with Chris Tuttle. Just a list of Meal alternatives printed out on my fridge and no more headaches.
I once downloaded the myfitness pal app but never used it. I don't changed my diet much at all unless its a low or high carb day so never had the need. I know a lot of folks who use that one though.

I realized early on that success was tied to not giving up. Most people in this business gave up and went on to other things. If you simply didnt give up, you would outlast the people who came in on the bus with you.
I've also downloaded it to see what it was about, but never used it. The cool thing about it, which could be useful to some, is that it scans the bar codes (quite accurately from what I saw) on a ton of products out there...including Animal supplements, which I thought was neat.

Youīre probably right. Iīm not going crazy cute with my diet either. I have 4-5 different protein sources and 3-4 carbs I choose from. Thatīs it.
Just eat your meals the same time everyday! It's really not that difficult.
Never understood fitness apps. I guess it's motivational for sedentary people trying to get into shape? Just my opinion..
I know I used one at the start after I watched my first big on a budget with Ox. It helped me understand my food. But like you said...it was a learning tool and I used it for about a month until I figured out what worked for me.

If you are a dedicated bodybuilder with a goal, you are most likely on a set diet. Youīre eating almost the same every day and your food sources are limited. Thatīs when those apps arenīt needed.
If you are a normal person eating without a plan, those apps will help you to keep an eye on your actual daily intake. Most people eat stuff and donīt even know what or how much they are actually putting into their bodies.

i agree. And to add, even most people, as the weeks go by, end up eating about 80 percent or so of the same things. Ie... Most humans in general do seek their routines and comfort foods etc.... and the apps can help them build a sense of awareness. I just find the apps tedious sometimes. Pen and paper is easy. But then again, half of the time when I look something up on the internet now for macro profiles, google takes me to the MyFitnessPal profile for that food. lol
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?
Lose it is a great app for tracking. I've been using it for quite a while. Besides food it also tracks; body weight, water intake, exercise calories, and sleep.
