Its not really a shake more of a pudding I've been having lately.
BUt in the mornings I usually don't like eating solids and whether or not I have carbs is dependent on when I am going to train, my bodyweight, and how im feeling.
On mornings when I don't feel like having carbs I've been making this protein 'pudding'
1 Scoop of Casein Pro (peanut butter Banana)
1-2 heaping tablespoons of PB2 Peanut Butter powder
3/4 cup of Eggs whites
Its around 45-50 grams of protein and very little fat and carbs. Tastes pretty good, goes down easy, easy to digest. My go to when Im in a rush. Then I grab a granny smith apple and if i feel like i need some carbs over the next little while I chomp on that.
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?
