Due to my job/living arrangements its kind of hard to get my diet dialed in. I'm living in what can be called a one bedroom shack with a fridge and a microwave, and there isn't enough energy left to power a hot plate or my George foreman. But my blender does work. So I was thinking would this be a good diet idea? I have 4 shakes a day that are made with 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 scoop of protein and 2 servings of peanut butter and 1 cup of oat powder each. That's roughly 50g protein each. And for lunch I have a steak and egg wrap from starbucks and for dinner I have whatever my GFs family cooks (usually steak or chicken with rice or potatoes or something). Would this be a good long term diet. Right now I'm working on putting on LBM.
