So I know there's plenty of different barbells and tools when it comes to powerlifting/strongman. My question is more specifically geared towards deadlift bars/squat bars. Is there a BIG benefit to using these? I go to a commercial gym with hammer strength equipment and your typical 45lb chrome barbells. Not that I'm going out and buying one or anything, more just a curiosity when I see a lot of guys using deadlift bars, squat bars, etc and I know there's different brands that make them all. Clearly there's a market for them. Just wondering if it's a BIG difference in using one for training. Thanks
