      Depends on where I am at in my training, goals, amd such.

      Typically, chicken and rice. When I was experimenting with keto, just some mct oil or coconut oil and a protein shake.

      I have learned the hard way never, EVER, eat 2 pb&j sandwhiches prior to deadlifting. They were wedged right behind my diaphragm the entire time and would not go down, nor up. Hahah

      this thread just gave me the conclusion to start planning chicken and rice as a pre workout meal and all of the other potential options are the failed to prepare options.

      Yeah, soda can irritate my stomach so I have to be careful; therefore, I had to resist. For whatever reason, when I mix it with whiskey I do just fine with it LOL!!!

      Pretty sure its still being sold in Mexico and other places. Could probably get a case at a border town but risk being kidnapped by the cartels, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
