Sorry guys, this isn't an informative post. It's more of a search for information.
I've been looking at Stan Efferdings Vertical Diet and I'm thinking of going this route. Does anyone have any experience with it? All I know is the basics of it from a few of the Rhinos Rants and podcasts that its discussed. Has anyone here put it into practice or does anyone have a good piece of literature on it? I really like the concepts he discusses.
