Firstly, look to your training and see if anything you're doing could be causing the discomfort.
Secondly, look into doing some additional work for the forearm extensors. Quite often we get overworked by all the squeezing and not enough direct extensor work to counterbalance. I'm not a big fan of trying to solve problems with products, and any kind of sleeve or cuff would most likely be a band-aid solution. However, if you did want to experiment to see if added warmth would help, you can get a small jar of Tiger Balm pretty cheap.
