Alright, not your standard “here’s my diet, is it ok?” thread. Here’s what’s going on - I am leaving in a couple of weeks for a month long school with the Army. I do not know what my living conditions will be. Some school houses have a bed and a dresser, some have refrigerators & microwaves & everything. I’m currently dieting down for a PT test in June, so I need to be on point with my macros the whole time.
2 questions:
(1) Any advice/ideas, knowing I might not have access to a cooking source? I will bring Animal Whey, oats, pb. I also know I can do canned tuna. I don’t mind tuna, just would really suck eating tuna for 30 days straight if I don’t HAVE to.
(2) Do you think bringing a bag of Aninal Mass/ Univ Real Gains would be beneficial since it’d be 600+ cals, 80g carbs and 50-60g pro per shake? I’m usually not a huge fan of “mass gainers” but just wanted to see the opinions in this unordinary situation.
