Hence the body english and momentum in reps. Rep ranges of 8-12 probably better and less likely to create an tendon injury. Strong though for sure.

Thanks dudes, I'm thinking I could be within striking distance of a National record for the strict curl (70kg.) But I think continuing to work towards World's in Tokyo is more important. I think it would be wise to heed the advice is Mr. Tuttle, and stick to the old reliable hammer curls as accessory work.
What's the record at 70kg and how do you get into the Tokyo comp? I'm just curious
70KG strict curl in the -110 class in the 100% raw federation. IPF open bench world's in Tokyo, it's up to your national IPF affiliate to put forward nominations.
Interesting... Im not going to ever compete in anything like that but I find it neat what kind of weight people are doing in those comps. Thanks
