this is a general question ive been wondering about and would be very interested in hearing from those who have coached a variety of non advanced trainees: if a client is the type of person who naturally carries a lot of muscle mass, do they generally need more or less protein intake to add muscle?? what if they need to drop bodyfat?
part of me thinks they dont need as much because they already have lot of muscle already ‘built’ without eating high amounts of protein....then i believe they need more than average to not only maintain, but to build additional muscle
again, this isnt specific to me or anybody i know...just curiosity
