Hey guys,

I'm just curious what technologies you guys are using, if any for both your training and lifestyle.
For example, I use a FitBit Blaze. I track my resting heart rate, my heart during training, and my sleep(big one), it also tracks things like steps taken per day which I don't really care for but it's neat to notice.
I have an Aria scale that tracks my along with my fitbit.
I also use a BPAP (similar to a CPAP).
Sometimes I use the SleepBot application to learn more about my sleep.

What wearables? Devices? or Applications do you guys use if any and why?
