Its been a long time when I used to be an active member here, annoy the hell out of the pros and other people with my annoying questions over and over again, but after those days I went full in training and I also started MMA, earned huge respects in fighting and was able to get a good amount of muscle on me as well. I still wasn't too satisfied with it but I was making progress, but soon after alot of stuff changed, I lost my dad (My biggest supporter), lost a job I loved, had alot of responsibilities pile up on me and I was down and broken. I stopped competing in fights, found another job soon after, got married and "took care of business" but in all this I lost one thing, one thing changed, the only thing I loved so so much... Training... I lost the sight of it. I would always be in alot of stress cause of bills and alot of family politics and I would be eating bad (I would always know I was eating bad but honestly felt so helpless), I just wouldn't be able to put time in training and would always feel tired and beat that after a long day at the office I would just want to lay down and sleep.
during that whole phase of a little more that a year I gain fat too. I got up from 74kgs 17%BF to 92kgs 32%BF. I went on about a month of intermittent fasting and came down to 82kgs and my clothes started to fit me again but I would still not look good, still not perform as half as good in the ring how I used to. but then some shit happened again and I gained weight and currently I am at 87kgs looking to get down to 70kgs. I still make mistakes and I still go all out when I am eating, don't say no to bad foods and just think "I'll do it later" to myself. But thats it. I am here and I am back. I am gonna do my best to eat clean and train as hard as I can lost my fat and have a better body than before and feel better than ever before, My goal is to add more muscle and lose more fat. get down to 70kgs walking weight rather than 74 or 75.
I would love to hear stories of any fellow members who made a great comeback after being at the worst they could be. I would use that as fuel for my own motivation and hardwork.
PS. I remember logging in here and going in to the training section to find "HARDCORE TRAINING ROUTINES" which I can't find now, If anyone knows where they are it would be really kind to drop a link for me.
