Seriously depends on the day but flat bench is the first lift Monday after work and I see that as my starting point for the week that sets the rest of the week in motion.

I would've taken you for a BIG arm guy LOL! You freakin' power junkie! Thanks for sharing big guy.
Body part would be legs, because it's the hardest. I do like training back because there's so many ways and angles to train it. Favorite lift would be the deadlift.
"Ask yourself this: if everyone else is training once per week, what are you doing that's so different that you would expect to get better results than anybody else? You might have good genetics, be tough enough and disciplined enough to train hard... but so are a lot of people." - BOSS
"I think I must be overtraining"... no, you're just a pussy - Machine

Hooker you are a glutton for punishment my brother!
Arms and back. On back days i would routinely spend close to an hour on the chin bar alone not to mention another 45 minutes doing T-Bar rows! Only after that did I proceed to do the rest of my back workout. Arm days weren't much different. Nothing less than 2 1/2 hours, sometimes more! I sported a 19" arm at a bodyweight of 186 pounds.

Training legs is one of my favorites too. I love that feeling of total exhaustion.

Nothing wrong with that!

Guns on deck! I do like for arms to do literally hundreds of reps...
