Running, TRX classes, swimming, all great ways to get in shape and strengthen our bodies. So with all the great options available why did you decide on doing this?
I used to run 5 miles a day 2x a day. Can’t now. Joints can’t handle running. I used to push myself harder on the street than the gym. I was never fast, but I used it to burn aggression. Now it’s the iron. If I don’t train I get real cranky LOL.

That’s stuff wasn’t around when I started. I think there are many great ways to push your self and improve. But soon as I got under the weight I felt in love. Seeing my self change physical and mentally. And there is nothing like a crazy pump!!!
