Never had In & Out (live on east coast). I worked at a 5 guys for a few years as a manager, and only ate there once. It is 80/20 Beef, so you could make it at your house for about 1/2 the cost if not cheaper.
Personally nothing beats a good homemade burger, get some ground chuck for a ton fo flavor and just grill that sucker just enough to sear each side and have some pink in the cetner.

THE BEST burger of all time is at J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood Glastonbury, CT. It is a high end Steak restaurant and the burger is 20 bucks but WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Agreed! Nothing beats a homemade burger most of the time. 5 Guys is highly overrated in my opinion.
