What do you hope to accomplish? A 600-pound squat? A 20" arm? What payment do you seek? It's easy for the guys/girls who compete, but what about the rest of us?

I'm wanting to set some Masters All Time WR's (includes a 600 pound Bench) in the drug tested category. Once I complete my recovery therapy from my doctor, I'll be able to pass drug tests in 12-18 months.
I would like to peak at a 700 lb squat. I think that’s ambitious for me, but I’m setting the bar high. I say peak because I plan on doing this as long as I can.

I have never met you BEAST but based on your posts I have every confidence that you will achieve this barring any incidents or accidents.

Sounds super corny but I want to look good, FEEL GOOD, be mobile, and be bigger than the average joe. Oh and be able to weight train well into my 60s. So I am 110% about the longevity game now.

Nice! What is considered the masters class for age? >40 years old?

40-44 and 45-49 then it goes from 50-59 and the last one is 60+. I'd like to set some records in the 40-44 Masters class. It's very doable if I continue to stay healthy! Always seems to be an issue with top lifters, I'm hoping my thick bones and big frame can handle that kind of weight without too many things breaking, LOL!!!!!!!!
Oh, I’ll get there - even if it’s as an old as fuck masters lifter lol
Also forgot to mention I’m trying to get there 100% lifetime drug free. Pretty sure I’d be there already with some black market supps.
It's doable if your hormones aren't in a state of decline, you're consistent with training & nutrition and you stay healthy. It just takes a lot longer without drugs, LOL!!!
*People seem to forget, your natural skeleton can only handle so much weight before it breaks. I'd rather wait until later in life when my body has peaked to set records. There's nothing else after that! What, break your own records? Booooooooring! LOL!

Diet can make a huge difference if your test is low. Doctors will put their patients on a high protein/high healthy fat style diet with moderate carbs and most respond rather well!
