That´s exactly what I was going to say. One is certainly able to make things work without any supplements but they´re necessary if you´re trying to optimize your program and therefore results.
However, I´m also a big advocate of a greens supplement (highest ORAC score possible) and psyllium husk fiber.
I also supplement a bunch of health related products as well as certain minerals and vitamins on top of my daily PAKs.
I'd probably put creatine and glutamine above a few of the ones I listed too! Used to use a greens supp but it always just tore up my guts.

Agreed! Greens and Psyllium fiber is super key. I cannot wait until the universal Greens come out.
