For those of you who use/have used a SlingShot, what sort of reps did you do with them? Heavy singles? 3-5? Just curious as I’m just really getting into training with one.

I preferred to use it for adding extra reps over doing singles with it. Basically using it to add 3-4 reps to a set.
Thanks Ed. The first day I tried it out, I used it for singles but ever since that's what I've been using it for. Reps in the 3-5 range.

I mostly use it for singles, but have done triples with it. I don't like repping out with it b/c its an awkward piece of equipment. I like the idea of using it simply for overload work. Like a substitute for reverse band bench press. There's a guy at my gym that uses it every single bench workout, for the entire exercise. Sets on sets on reps on reps with the slingshot. Not sure if he has an injury that it helps or if he just wants to ego lift the whole time. I don't care. Just mentioning it.

I've never used a slingshot or similar product, but when I would use reverse bands on the bench, I would usually work with weight around my +/- 1RM for 3-5 reps.
