So I did do squat everyday before, just make a couple of mistakes like not enough work on my posterior chain, so my deadlift didn't seem really negatively affected by it. My reason for returning to squat everyday is that I ripped up my knee(just a flesh wound but still really irritating at the bottom and wearing knee sleeves just reopens wound) so going with lighter squats and I guess more overall volume of squatting.

Currently on day 11 of squat everyday and my strength in my legs almost seem to be back to normal and it seems like I have adapted to it , days 5 to 9 felt like hell. The thing that I am worried about is my deadlift(I do conventional deadlifts and the squat variations that I am doing are hi bar, front squat, and ssb), what accessory work would you recommend in a frequency squat program. I know for high frequency pressing programs you need to do a lot of face pulls to even things out, but for squating what would you suggest?
