Does it work for you and do you experience any side effects?

Personally, I´m taking Lisinopril. It´s an "ACE inhibitor". I feel awesome on it. No negative side effects whatsoever.
No sir! No real side effects minus requiring a bit more water due to the drug being a diuretic. The medical journals refer to the drug as "it is a combination of an angiotensin II receptor antagonist and a thiazide diuretic (water pill) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension)." Benicar is also a "pro-drug" which means it is a precursor to another stronger drug; which also, would explain why the side effects are minimal.

I too feel amazing and my BP is staying around 120-125/75-80 and that's even after lifting when I've taken pre-workout =) it's also non toxic and no studies anywhere suggest it's damaging to the liver or kidneys, even with large alcohol consumption!

      Well... whatever works. Right? :)

High blood pressure is THE MOST damaging thing to your kidneys known. Just so you know. That little pill is nothing you have to ever worry about compared to high BP.

LOL! Glad to make folks smile =)

I do LOVE craft beer! For years in my youth it was craft beer and whiskey, then for about 10 years I got really into French Red Burgundy wine. Due to me being of direct German descent, I do actually crave the taste of beer (at least that's what I figure, it's my direct German descent). Never craved wine before! I stopped the wine because when my wife was pregnant it made her sad that she couldn't join me so I switched to beer and haven't gone back! Needless to say, I used to be quite the party animal as a younger man and at least one night a week on the weekends (sometimes too) I'll drink 8-12 beers easy these days.

Life is short, fuck it! Party up when you can; unless, BBing is part of your professional career. Different story at that point.

      Jawhol Herr!

I felt better within an hour after taking my first dose. My wife and doctor couldn't believe it! The machine doesn't lie =) since than, I've felt amazing. The high BP for whatever reason would give me an irregular heart beat, that became scary! Very very happy that I haven't felt that feeling since I started the meds.
