To answer the second part of your question; I have used nitro and juiced aminos together for years. Usually juiced aminos will be either mixed in with my intra drink OR I'll have a serving in my last shaker of water before bed. I change around my intra between JA, Atomic 7 and Storm. Nitro is usually immediately post wo.

My intra is 100 carbs from Universalīs TORRENT with 4 paks of NITRO. I swallow all 4 packs right when I start warming up and drink the Torrent until Iīm 3/4 through my session.

When I need an extra boost, to get me through a long leg session for example, I mix in 1/2 a scoop of Green Apple Animal FURY.
