      Time to consider...

      Recovery packs! Post workout you know the drill. You guys got the "stim" part covered now lets get a little more creative with the recovery part.

      Universal´s Torrent is pretty good in that department.

      What kind of ingredients would you put in "Recovery pack" if you were the formulator?

      Assuming you go t the nutrition side down Animal PM seems pretty appropriate. Counter act the stims, drop BP get ready to rest/recover. Maybe not if you train in the morning though.

      Right now it's two packs of NITRO, one serving of Hyaluronic acid (also capsules), two scoops of Collagen Protein with two servings of glutamine added and three servings of creatine added.

      The same company I get my proteins from also makes a Colostrum protein. It's stupid expensive but might be worth a shot!
