We won't be seeing Sparty around. He told me months back in private message that he's having health issues. I imagine he's probably not training either and dealing with his health.

No way did Rex disappear because of the soccer convo. Is he still training and posting pictures on his IG? Is he still with Animal? There was something neat about picking the brains of professionals or just shoot the shit.

Yes he still posts regularly on IG. I stopped following him.
Perhaps Animal altered his contract? All of their new contracts require the athletes to post primarily on IG or FB. No longer required here on the FORVM.
I wonder if their contract actually forbids them from posting on the forum? I know that in the recent-ish past, people were asking dan green for advice on their lifts, and he told them to post their questions on his forum thread, but he hasn’t been on here in what seems like forever.
I almost stopped Evan and Chris Tuttle at the Arnold to ask them about it - they walked right by me in the lobby area heading back to their hote - but I didn’t want to bother them with internet bullshit!

Shit like IG is great for posting content, and making quick little comments back and forth - but if you’re trying to have the boss look over your entire 12-week program, I feel like the forum format just works better.

Yes, but that puts a lot of responsibility on us to keep the FORVM alive. At first they “redesigned” the site by removing all the original articles and splitting us up creating the Universal form. G left taking people with him. There’s little to no company representation here and now all the sponsored guys are gone. It’s just us. If we don’t keep it active then it’s going to get shut down. Hell, it might just get shut down anyway, but we have to try

Also...as much as G seems like a cool guy, it took everything in my power not to laugh in his face at the Arnold. I was checking out their 3-flavor tubs of PWO(which really is a great idea), but each serving had like 1g each of creatine mono, beta alanine, and citrulline, along with a little caffeine and taurine or whatever. Shit was a total joke - especially for $40/tub, and then he was trying to sell me a package with a duffel bag, snapback hat, and all kinds of bullshit. Took a lot of self control to not be a dick!

True points regarding the FORVM. My gut says it won't be up by 2020. I imagine it's costing them a decent chunk of change to keep it up and running.
I love G, his VICE supp is phenomenal. Can't say about the others, plus I can't take stims anymore cause it immediately elevates my BP anyways. Nothing wrong with a guy living his dream by starting his own business. Most talented individuals that work for someone else eventually get tired of the company they work for's bullshit. Not saying that is what it was or wasn't, but some folks feathers are too bright to stay in the nest. Honestly, there's no point busting your ass if you're not making what you feel you deserve. Sometimes you've got to go all in and go into business for yourself. It's the only chance to achieve financial and individual freedom. Just my two cents.
Just caught up with the last few posts. Ill continue to comment on Bones' food, bust Beasts chops, and support Dusty in keeping the threads alive. Not to mention following others and their progress. The forum is a place I like to escape to in the middle of my work day and catch up with the boys. Ill be here until the end.

I can’t say I love the guy, because I don’t even know him...and I have no issue with him doing his own thing, but it seemed like he was WAY overcharging for supps that were severely underdosed. To each his own and all, but one scoop of fury is worth 3-4 of the stuff he was slinging.

I enjoyed his Diary of a Madman ( I think that's what it was called) but just as in life...people come and go and we take little bits from them and continue moving forward
