It's not often you hear people talk about the biology, did you find a lot to be applicable outside of detecting bullshit? I am currently making my way through "Biology for Dummies". Do you have any reading list recommendations?
You and all the other kids really missed out on the magazine era. It was such an exiting time...

Everything you can get your hands in about human biology is applicable. Just make sure you´re reading real medical books.
Mitosis, the crab cycle, DNA transcription, organs of the human cell... go ahead and learn.

Thanks again, Chris! My appetite is still strong but I no longer feel extreme fatigue/weakness.

Hit up some HIIT cardio yesterday and it wore me out, LOL! May have to ease into that during the work week with some low intensity steady state cardio at night. Time will tell!

Glad you posted this..I was going to start looking for that meal plan this weekend ( couldn't remember which thread it was in) because I am starting some strict eating next week and use some of the ideas off the plan Chris gave you.

Not just from the Forvm posts. I used your installment of "Size for Seventy" to teach my sons how to grocery shop when they were getting ready to move out on their own.

A step in the right direction. Appetite will be high when dieting. There is only so much you can do.

Tell me about the HIIT cardio. What EXACTLY did you do. IF HIIT cardio is beating you up we can make adjustments to it.
