      Well, my body just isn't used to it! Have to judge my energy levels accurately. Was thinking HIIT on Sat/Sun, no cardio Monday (it's Monday) and steady state low intensity Tues-Thurs.

      I did 4 rounds of 3 minutes low steady state followed by 30 seconds of all out intensity. It works great! Like I said I'm just not quite used to it.

      Perhaps I need to watch it =) Your eating big on $50.00 was fun!
      What you can do is make sure you are doing a very slow pace on the recovery time in the HIIT workout. HIIT should not be wiping you out. You might be not recovering between intervals.

      Yeah it was definitely easier than either me driving them to the store to grocery shop with them or me sitting there trying to give an abstract lecture. I just put the video on and after it was over asked if they had questions.

      They're still alive so it must have worked!
