Truly depends on the day. there are days that I walk out feeling like the time in the gym was a waste of time ( all on my part or motivation that day) and others I am spent and can barley put my hands on my steering wheel. I would say 90% of the time, I walk out of the gym knowing I killed myself and hold my head high but also knowing I could still knock out a few more sets but my brain reminds me to stay smart and understand that anything more could harm form which could lead to injury. If you ask others...they would say I work my ass off while im in there but I also know that I am capable of more if need be .

Stop me if you've heard this one... During my competitive days folks at the Y never thought I trained hard enough. I'd train 6 days a week 3 to 4 hours a day. I loved it, never gave it a second thought I always left the gym with a smile on my face giving a lot of the powerlifters there the impression that I didnt take my training seriously. Naturally one them confronted me, and in front of his buddies said what pussies most bodybuilders were and how in the world could I build any muscle without using heavy weight. I told him that he was more than welcome to join me, and he could see for himself needless to say although much stronger than me (242lb. powerlifter v. 186lb. bodybuilder) I mopped the floor with the poor son of a bitch! I normally worked chest and back together He barely made it throught the freakin' workout Yes his bench was quite impressive I expected that but after 6 sets of bench something weird happened he started struggling with the next 6 supersets of inclines and chins. He was pretty gassed at this point and looked relieved thinking I was done, but I assured him the rest of the way would be a piece of cake and for me it was. 5 sets of flyes supersetted with bent over rows, followed by 5 more supersets of T-bar rows and dips, finally finishing with DB pullovers and close grip chins. mind you I added 40 pounds to my dips while he barely eeked out 5 or 6 half assed reps with no weight he sucked at all of his chinning and rowing movements as well. Your right again Bean my boy, One man's workout is another man's warm up!!
