Seated or standing, how low do you lower the bar. I have worked to get my ROM to the collar on my t-shirt. All presses are basically off my collar bone. However I see all these videos, some are pro guys, only lowering the bar to their chin. That’s 3-4 inch difference. Pressing off my collar bone isn’t going to mess up my shoulders? You can use alot more weight if you don’t touch your t-shirt so maybe that’s all I’m seeing. I just figure you have to touch on bench so why would press be different? I want that power at the bottom. Thoughts?
