Hello all

For the past few weeks i'm not getting able to do squats as stable as i did, which is avoiding my progress on this exercise. It's even more frustrating because i feel i'm underachieving since the weight isn't that hard and i know i can progress putting more weight on the bar.

Somehow, i've been looking if it's related to my posture, so i've tried to change the bar shoulder placement, change feet stance but to no avail.

Chin up or going down while pushing my glutes back like i'm sitting is something i always do and i don't believe i would need to make changes here.

I also changed my diet the past month but i'm sure i'm eating above my calorie needs.

I did notice a subtle forward movement on the bar today which was enough to, again, create instability but if i have changed the bar position a few times and always felt the same, i don't know where to look at?

I even started to think, since i spend most of the day in front of a computer, that i may be losing balance because of tired eyes.

If someone could give me a help i will be appreciated.
