If any of you have used both (or even one of them) can I get some insights? I have never used a zinc supplement before. *I am also looking to boost up energy levels and mood so thinking of adding a test booster with it as well*
I am looking to get a deep and a restful sleep, no matter if i even sleep for 8 hours i wake up tired. I read some reviews for both and they both seem great, PM is expensive as compared to ZMA but both of them have very good reviews. I've read some people say with zma pro they have had a fulfilling sleep even if they slept for 5-6 hours and it's cheap so its a way to go.
What are your reviews on these two?
