Just make sure you stay away from anyone coughing or doesn't seem to be feeling well. Be sure to wash your hands heavily after training! Otherwise you should be okay.
So when gyms can open back up, will you be rushing back in? I read something the other day about how machines should all be 6 feet apart, everything including plates should be wiped off after you use them, everyone should wear a mask, you get it. I also know none of those things will happen. I’ve been on the struggle bus with cranky joints lately and having machines would help me train around my issues. But I’m feeling cautious still. How about you guys?
I will be back in...at this point both my job have started to "open" back up. We have new kids coming into rehab for residential treatment and the bar has opened its doors to limited numbers. I actually went to the store for the 2nd time in 6 weeks the other day. I did everything I could for 6 weeks to follow best protocol but now with things opening back up..the gym will be somewhere I will return but I might try to go at weird hours to limit my contact. As of right now, the gym is still not open but I am waiting.
