Kettlebells and 3" 2hand pinch and shoulder mobility Tuesday, yesterday was bench and a shiiiiiiit load of triceps - only thing notable was 205x10x15x18 on the bench. Shoulders and upper back feel really strong lately. All the high rep stuff is paying off.
Today I did some bouldering. Confidently working into v5 at the gym!!
