Hi Guys , I m a veteran lifter with over 10 years of lifting experience etc . however , since Feb 2020 , have NOT touched a single DB / iron / no Cardio and right now am in worst condition of my life both physically and mentally . Without going into the boring details , i am looking for serious help / guidance to make a workout routine for me .. using pair of DB and KB .
Mentally also these past 04 months have really been very tough owing to COVID situation and my mind is just not helping me , so i am back on the Forum , looking for guidance for DB / KB only Home workout .
Objective is to get back some muscle (i have totally lost all muscle) and loose fat ... can do simple running / any other DB / KB based Cardio .
Guys please help / point me in the right direction .
