Rolling dumbell extensions for triceps. You might have to youtube it for a demo. Basically lay on the ground with a pair of dumbells and hold them over you with a parallel grip. Bend at the elbows and lower them until the dumbell head touches your shoulder. Then while still holding them let the dumbell rotate past your head until the other side touches the ground. Then extend with your arms until the dumbells are back to the starting position. Repeat 'til about 10 reps or so.

It's been so long since I've done these. I should really set my dumbells up for this and do these sometime soon.
looking for good dumbell excersises. all I know how to do is shoulder press and bicep curl. I thought id ask here instead of googleing excersises.
