      Don't buy into the lies and hype of the rona, it's meant to keep you in a state of fear so you'll surrender your rights to the government and accept whatever lies they throw at ya. Live your normal healthy life, be happy, sleep well and reduce stress. Rona is very mild and easy to prevent.

      I'd say add in ZMA before bed. Been a long time favorite and staple supp of mine.

      Don't develop a relationship with your refrigerator during Covid. Lots of folks putting on the lbs, don't have to.

      I just took care of a 25 year old girl who’s only complaint was nausea and vomiting. Her liver enzymes were 100x normal so they did the rest of the “COVID labs” and they were all jacked up. Don’t have to be old or have pre existing conditions to get it. Wear a mask, wash your hands and eat right
