My IBS cannot take all of the excessive amounts of fiber nor do I wish to pursue that for any reason.

Gastroenterologist doctors also do not recommend vegetarian diets. The large amounts of fiber overtime overwhelm your GI system and cause a wide variety of problems. That's why you run into so many people (more so women) that say, "I used to be a vegan/vegetarian but..."

I know how much that can interfere with proper assimilation of nutrients. You seem to have it in check though. The poundages you're handling indicate both nutrition and training are going exceptionally well. Rage on Beast!!

Its all the thing now. Arnold advocates it, so do guys like Mark Whalberg. You could experiment and see how you feel and look on it?

It's not a thing and has failed miserable I'm happy to say.

They're schills for the new world order agenda, part of the Great Reset. They want the masses eating no meat so they will become weak and docile. Don't fall for it, Arnold and Mark Whalberg have $100.00 per pound (depending on the cut of meat, can be much more expensive) Aged Kobe Wagyu Beef shipped to their homes vacuum sealed prepared by their private chefs. Don't be fooled!
