I have to go with the basic compound lifts. They hit everything. Olympic lifts might work too, but there’s more technique involved with them. Not my flavor.
Strength doesn't come from physical capacity. It comes from indomitable will. -Gandhi
You cannot dream yourself into a character. You must hammer and forge yourself into one. -Thoreau
Borrowing Muradin's list but I like how he has it structured so here it goes:
Quads: Squat
Hams: Good Mornings
Calves: Standing Calf Raise
Chest: Bench Press
Shoulders: Standing OHP
Back width: Pulldowns
Back thickness: Deadlift
Abs: Ab Wheel
Biceps: Barbell Curls
Triceps: Close Grip Bench Press
Forearms: Captain of Crush Grippers
For the most part it's Barbell Movements in the basic and or Powerlifting fashion. There are some other secondary movements/exercises for all of them that are a very close second that I didn't list that tend to support the Primary Movements I listed above.
